GO to the right most corner of the page and change the magnification to 100%. If already at 100 change to 75 then change back and refresh the page. |
My screen is turned upside down or sideways |
Press Fn and F7 OR Ctrl. Alt. and the arrow key to manipulate the screen to the desired position |
The mousepad is frozen |
Double tap the upper corner
quickly until you see a shadow icon of the mousepad. You should see a small
square with an “X” on it by the time. If you are successful, the “x” will disappear. |
My laptop won’t turn on |
Plug in the AC adaptor and try it. When the battery is run down it will not start unless it is plugged in. |
I can’t log in

Try your 4 digit birth year rather than the 2 digit year. Is this a new student to you? If the student is new, it takes a few days for the PowerSchool to sync up with our Active Directory logins so be patient. |
I can't get internet- Dell laptops can be disconnected by students who click on the small icon for the wireless. Click there and check to be sure that it is connected to WCS. |
Try the function key (Fn and F6) The blue light should come on at this point and allow the student to try to bring up a website. |

Log in as the student Fn(Function) and F7 will rotate the screen. Or Control + Alt and the arrow key
