Procedure for new students to receive a laptop
Mrs. Mastin gives the parents a netbook handbook and COPPA form upon enrollmen
COPPA PERMISSION is returned to the homeroom teacher- Please keep this on file in your classroom
as well as COPPA (needed for students under 13) should be retained by the homeroom teacher. Students may not use a device without this permission form.
Please see the list of students who are not allowed computer access because the forms have not been returned.Teachers PLEASE access this form and stirke through students as they return the forms.
This list includes all new students through 9/13. As other students are enrolled, if they do not return the correct forms, please post that information in the form below selecting NO under the appropriate responses:

You may access the information from this form on the second tab of this spreadsheet. Please be diligent about updating as new students enter, because ALL teachers that use laptops with students must verify that the student has parental permission prior to use. If homeroom teachers do not update this, exploratory and others will not have this information.

Information from our technology office says that you should not expect a new student to our school to be able to log in for a week. If the student is unable to login after being enrolled for a week, please contact your ITF.
