Teachers,
The term web 2.0 is used to refer to any website that will allow people to collaborate and share information online in ways that were not possible before. With web 1.0, most websites consisted of informational pages that do not change. Web 2.0 websites are not only dynamic, but also highly interactive. Examples of these tools include-Edmodo, Google Docs, ePals, Glogster, Prezi and PB Works.
Web 2.0 tools must not be used with students under 13 until we receive a COPPA agreement signed by our parents. Please submit any names of new students who have not turned in this important form to the Google Spreadsheet I have shared with you so that exploratory teachers may know who does not have technology access.
